Grade 3 students at NPS HRD, embarked on an unforgettable journey to the HAL Heritage Centre and Aerospace Museum, where learning soared beyond the classroom. The visit offered young learners a fascinating glimpse into the world of aviation, aerospace, and India's remarkable achievements in aeronautical engineering.

From the moment they stepped into the museum, the children were captivated by the magnificent aircraft and helicopters displayed before them. Seeing towering fighter jets, trainer aircraft, and advanced helicopters up close filled them with awe and excitement.

One of the most memorable moments of the visit was the opportunity to step inside the indoor museum halls, admiring miniature engine models, the Lakshya pilotless drone, and a real heat shield model used on ISRO's PSLV space rockets. Their eyes sparkled with curiosity as they imagined the adventures of astronauts and the marvels of flight beyond Earth.

As they explored the museum, students discovered how aircraft are designed, built, and flown through engaging exhibits, informative displays, and an educational film. They also observed miniature engine models, and components used in India's space programme, helping them appreciate the science, innovation, and teamwork behind every successful mission.

Beyond the excitement of aviation, the field trip provided countless opportunities and shared experiences that strengthened friendships, fostered collaboration, and created joyful memories that extended well beyond the classroom.
